The relocation of your personal effects includes the succession of 3 processes: the relocation preparation, the relocation shipment, and the relocation delivery. Here are the successive steps of the relocation preparation.

1. Dedicated relocation manager

To start things off, your dedicated relocation manager will visit you at your home. At any step of your relocation, your dedicated relocation manager is available to answer your questions 24/7 over WhatsApp, the telephone and emails.

2. In-home consultation

Your dedicated relocation manager provides you with a comprehensive in-house survey and consultation to catalogue everything in your home and estimate the volume of your personal effects, depending on the packing required. At that occasion, we present to you all the options available for your removal, take note of your choices, and answer all your questions regarding our international or domestic shipment processes.

3. Quotation

Then, we send you a quotation for the removal of your personal effects, according to the options you have chosen. We are completely transparent about our shipping costs such as packing materials, specialized packing materials for your fragile belongings, professional packing and unpacking, transportation costs, shipment protection, storage costs if any...etc.

4. Removal customs procedures

Once you have accepted your quotation, we provide you with a complete set of information regarding the customs procedures for the removal of your personal effects in your destination country. You still have to follow our guidance regarding this documentation, invoices, etc of each good you transport as personal effect in your removal. Indeed, this documentation is essential for a smooth customs clearance on your behalf in the country of destination.

5. Packing

On moving day we send our team of professional movers and/ or packers who use only the best in packaging materials and techniques. For domestic removal, there is a straight forward trucking between your previous home and your new home. We strongly recommend that your packing be done by our professional packers for any international removal. We also accept that you do your own packing for reducing your budget, but in this case, we do not offer insurance for shipping protection against damages, as our insurance is linked with the international standards of our licensed professional packers.

6. Storage

Your belongings are then carefully transported to our warehouse before air freight or sea transportation. In case you need to store your personal effect for a time before shipment (from a few weeks to a few months), we can do so in our secure warehouse. It is important that you specify this need during the visit at your home of your dedicated relocation manager, so it is present in your quotation, for your consideration.
